I'm a small retail business, Do you offer bundle packages?
Yes, we can create a custom branding package, upon your request, according to your specific needs and budget. We work with many small businesses and understand all the limitations, but we certainly believe that every business, no matter the size, deserves an amazing branding without breaking the bank. We are here for you :)
What if I have the artwork ready?
You can send us your artwork file by email to info@bgsplus.ca
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer that you send PDF with embedded or outlined fonts. We also accept .eps or .ai file formats. For more info please check out our full Artwork Submission Specifications document here.
Do you have blank printing templates?
Yes we do! Please specify if you will need a blank printing template upon placing your order and we will send it to you via email.
Do you offer free printing product samples?
We offer free samples for most of our printing products, please contact us for more details.
How can I check on the status of an order after I have placed it?
You will receive an order confirmation once you place the order. You will also receive a notification once we ship the order. If you signed up, you can also check the details of your order in your BGSplus account.
I need to reorder something I've ordered from you in the past. How can I do that?
You can order the product again through the marketplace, or send us an e-mail quoting your past order number or invoice, and let us know you want to re-order.
I'm on a deadline. Is it possible to expedite my order?
Rush service is available on selected products. Please contact us for rush service charges and availability.
I'm a large corporation, Do you offer high volume discounts?
Yes! Please contact us for a custom quote and we will be happy to assist you. We work with large organizations and corporations such as: Dufferin Peel Catholic School Board, Process & Steam Specialties, Wolseley Canada, and more.
